New - Account Statements

 

 

Effective June 27, 2022, Farmers and Merchants Bank is introducing our new, updated account statement format for all bank customer account statements as we outsource the monthly processing to a contracted bank vendor, PrintMail Solutions. There will be no change to the transactional account activity detail presentation in the bank’s statement format, in providing you with the same accurate bank account information, including check images & three-hole punch paper for easy recordkeeping.

New statements will now be mailed in double window envelopes featuring the bank’s return address in the upper left window, and the customer’s mailing and bar code address in the top center window. The new Postmark designation will transition from our bank’s current post office of 21136, located in Reisterstown, Maryland to PrintMail Solutions’ postmark indicated on mailed statement envelopes as “Pre-Sorted First-Class Mail U.S. Postage PAID Print Mail”.

As in the past, please review and examine your account statement and report any differences within sixty (60) days to bank personnel at 410-517-3065 or via email correspondence to clientservices@fmb1919.bank. If you desire to pursue e-Statements in electronic pdf file format, you must be an approved internet/mobile banking user and you can email clientservices@fmb1919.bank for assistance to receive each month or account statement period in the future.
