COVID-19  Coronavirus – Alerts and Notification

Farmers and Merchants Bank will be re-opening branch lobby areas and in accordance with the bank's Pandemic Plan effective Monday, June 15, 2020 relative to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and pre-cautionary health guidelines recommended by state and local government.  All bank locations will be open for standard hours of operations.  The Carroll Lutheran Village Retirement Community Branch location will re-open on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 and offering limited hours of service on Wednesday and Friday, each week from 10AM - 2PM in protection of the health of the residents, staff members, and bank personnel.    The Atrium Village Retirement Community and branch remains closed to outside visitors at this time.  Pre-cautionary guidelines for customer traffic in our bank lobbies and offices require the wearing of a protective facial covering or mask, maintaining six (6) feet of social distancing, and no more than ten (10) individuals in the bank facility at one time, including bank personnel.  Our staff looks forward to serving your banking needs in these lobby areas as well as through the drive-thru service lanes.  Additional guidance will be displayed at each bank location to assist all in their understanding of these bank and health measures instituted at this time.
